The problem

What usually goes wrong

Coordinate distinct venues without forcing them into one service model.

Each concept has different rules

Service periods, party sizes, turn times, sections and booking policies vary between venues and across the season.

Demand changes with the resort

Resident and external demand, blocked dates and seasonal openings need to be reflected in the times guests can actually book.

Teams need venue-level clarity

A resort-wide view must not make the host stand harder to operate during an individual restaurant's service.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can seasonal restaurants have different opening periods?

Yes. Operating hours and blocked dates are managed per location, so each concept can expose only the services it is ready to accept.

Does every venue need the same floor plan?

No. Every location has its own sections, tables, capacities and layout.

How do we handle closures and one-off dates?

Closed days and individual blocked dates are set per restaurant and simply removed from the times guests can book. Existing reservations are never deleted to make that happen.

Can we share standards across the resort's venues?

Yes. Defaults set at property level apply to every restaurant beneath it, and each venue overrides only the details that genuinely differ.

What can management see across the resort?

Reservations, covers, average turnaround and no-show rate, viewed across the whole organisation, a single property, or one restaurant at a time.
