The problem

What usually goes wrong

Turn the restaurant into a destination for residents and local diners.

The dining room depends on residents

A strong breakfast service can hide empty lunch and dinner tables. The restaurant needs its own direct route to local diners and travellers outside the property.

Restaurant demand is hard to attribute

Hotel, restaurant, campaign and walk-in activity can blur together, making it difficult to see what actually filled the dining room.

Service still needs one live picture

Resident notes, direct reservations, phone bookings, walk-ins and table changes must reach the same floor team without creating another disconnected diary.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can we still take phone bookings?

Yes - bookings can be created by your team in seconds and are marked with their source, so online, phone and walk-in volumes stay comparable.

How do guests reach our booking page?

Every restaurant gets its own booking link you can share or use as the Book button on the hotel site. You can also embed the booking journey directly into your own pages with a single snippet, or connect it through the booking API.

Does it handle walk-ins and a waiting list?

Yes. Walk-ins can be logged as they arrive, and guests can be added to a waitlist with a quoted time and notified automatically when a table is ready.

What does a guest receive after booking?

An automatic confirmation, then a reminder timed to how far ahead the reservation was made. Guests can change or cancel their own booking from a link, and your team sees the change straight away.

What do we need to set up before taking reservations?

Opening hours and timezone, your tables and zones with their capacities, any closed dates, and optionally a layout of the real dining room. A guided setup shows exactly what is still missing.
